KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 : Malaysia has applied to join the BRICS, a Malaysian national news agency quoted Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim as saying on Sunday.
Malaysia has sent a letter of application to join the BRICS organisation to Russia, the BRICS rotating chair, expressing openness to participating as a member country or a strategic partner, the Malaysian prime minister was quoted as saying. (UNI)
