JAMMU, July 30: To inquire into the charges framed against Anees Ahmad Chowdhary, then Executive Officer, MC Ganderbal, Housing and Urban Development Department today appointed an Inquiry Officer.
As per the order, Dr Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Vice-Chairman, J&K Lake Conservation & Management Authority, Srinagar, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer while Ghulam Hassan Pampori, Accounts Officer in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir shall be the Presenting Officer in the case.
The Inquiry Officer shall complete the inquiry and submit the report within a period of 15 days.
Pertinent to mention that Anees Ahmad Chowdhary was booked in case FIR number 10/2018 P/S VOK (now Anti Corruption Bureau) and he is presently under suspension.
