VIJAYPUR, Aug 4: Senior BJP leader Arun Sharma today called for collective efforts to realise the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mission ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’, to ensure the upliftment of the last person in the society.
“Social justice and inclusive growth remains core of the BJP philosophy with thrust on Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas,” he said while addressing a public meeting here today.
Sharma said that the BJP led NDA Government is unwavering in its commitment to ensure the safety and security of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir and the terrorism in the region will be met with an uncompromising and robust response.
He said the BJP has brought stability and economic development to the region after abrogation of Article 370 as the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the leading J&K parties, had done “grave injustice” to the Paharis.
“After the abrogation of Article 370, there is a positive environment and peace here. On 5th August, 2019 J&K was unshackled from Article 370 which fully integrated J&K with India, with that it opened that gates for development and Tourism in UT, because of this, we are sure that support for the BJP will increase in the coming time,” he said.
He said that the Congress leaders are still day-dreaming to regain faith of the people but it is not possible in an era where the modern and easily accessible means of communication keep people updated on all subjects.
“No party can take it granted to mislead the people any more now and the Congress leadership should digest this hard reality that people want work in practical instead of mere pleasing slogans,” he said and added that the good governance model of Narendra Modi Government will mobilize the public opinion in favour of the BJP.
