JAMMU, Aug 4: With the approval of Provincial NC president Jammu Province, Rattan Lal Gupta, Vijay Lochan, Chairman SC Cell has nominated Vijay Kumar as District President Udhampur Rural SC Cell.
Gupta congratulated and hoped that newly nominated Vijay Kumar would ensure strengthening of the party at grass root level and will address the issues pertaining to SC community in District Udhampur Rural.
Those who were present on this occasion were Sheikh Bashir Ahmed, Provincial secretary Jammu; Dr. Shamshad Shan, DDC Chairperson Ramban; Rakesh Singh Raka, vice president Central Zone and Nirmal Singh.
