JAMMU, Aug 5: To take the stock of local sanitary and other issues which are faced by the people, Sat Sharma, former J&K BJP President & former Minister today visited Canal Road and Shakti Nagar areas.
Sat Sharma in a whirlwind tour of the area also interacted with local people.
Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the locals and many things came up during interaction, where the locals stressed for taking up some utmost important works in the area besides completing the same within stipulated time frame.
He called the concerned officials of various departments and forwarded the grievances of the people to them for which officials assured that their demand will be met shortly and wherever required, developmental works will be taken up in all areas of Jammu West.
Sharma said that no area of Jammu West is left behind in terms of development and every sphere is developed to its fullest.
“The BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is fully determined to sort out the issues faced by the masses and every possible step with the help of administration is being taken for the welfare of the people,” he said.
The BJP leader also greeted the people of Jammu & Kashmir on the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370 and said that after 5th August 2019, the Jammu & Kashmir has developed leaps and bounds.
“Decades of injustice being delivered to the PoJK displaced, WPRs and other communities is undone under the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he added.
