BJP means inclusiveness: Rekha

JAMMU, Aug 6: In a significant boost to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu and Kashmir, Kulbushan Attri, along with his supporters, joined the party in Ward No 20 of Bahu constituency Jammu South. The joining ceremony took place in presence of former Deputy Chief Minister of J&K, Kavinder Gupta and BJP district president Jammu, South Rekha Mahajan.
Kulbushan Attri was welcomed into the party fold by Kavinder Gupta and Rekha Mahajan. The duo praised his dedication to public service. Attri expressed his admiration for the public-friendly policies of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi-led Government and pledged to work tirelessly for the development of the region.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta, while addressing the gathering, highlighted the BJP’s commitment to ensuring the overall growth and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasized the party’s focus on grassroots development and empowerment of the people. He said that people are benefitted by the Modi Government welfare schemes at the ground level. Gupta said that Modi has made every Indian proud across the borders and the new world order sees India with high hopes.
Rekha Mahajan said that the populace from diverse backgrounds are joining the party, attracted by its transformative nationalistic programmes that have positively impacted the country and the Union Territory. “BJP means inclusiveness, BJP means advancement, and we are delighted to see the youth of J&K proudly holding the party flag,” Rekha said.
The joining of Kulbushan Attri along with his supporters is seen as a significant addition to the BJP’s strength in Ward No 20, and the party is expected to benefit from their experience and local connect.
All new entrants expressed that the BJP is the only political party in the country at present that has a nationalistic approach and works tirelessly for the future of the nation. They highlighted that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and his team are taking the country forward in a big way and the progress of the country in all areas can be seen clearly. We have joined the BJP to work in the nation-building process and for nothing else.
Meanwhile, Kavinder Gupta reiterated party’s unwavering commitment in addressing the issues of the people on priority basis while talking to cross section of people during a public darbar at party Headquarters here today who had come to BJP office to highlight their problems.
