RAJOURI, Aug 6: Police arrested a notorious drug peddler and seized significant quantity of drugs from his possession.
A team from Police Station Rajouri, led by SHO Inspector Aejaz Ahmed Wani, intercepted the drug peddler , identified as Shahbaz Ahmed, also known as Lodhi, son of Mohd Aslam, resident of Leerah Darhal, currently residing in Kheora Rajouri. The police recovered 1050 grams of Charas and 1200 tablets of Tepandadol from his possession.
An FIR under section 8/20/25 NDPS Act has been registered in this connection at Police Station Rajouri and vehicle bearing registration number JK11 G 9787 was also seized.
