JAMMU, Aug 8: The Public Works (Road & Building Department) has nominated Vivek Phonsa, Additional Secretary to the Government, Public Works Department as the Liaison Officer for Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and the Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
