SRINAGAR, Aug 9: A delegation of Civil Society, Sadunara in district Bandipora led by its chairman, Haji Bashir Ahmad Dar called on Sushil Kumar, Chief Engineer R&B North Kashmir today and discussed some pressing issues with him. Haji Bashir discussed the issues concerning the roads leading to agricultural land, inner link roads, and the drainage system within the village. The issue has already been brought in the notice of Advisor RR Butnagar and other relevant authorities.
The Chief Engineer, Sushil Kumar, responded promptly and confirmed that most formalities for the project have been completed. He assured that the Department would commence work on the project in November 2024, following the completion of the remaining formalities within the stipulated timeframe. The Civil Society extended its gratitude to CE for taking keen interest in solving the issue soon after assuming the new office.
The other members of the delegation were Imtiaz Ahmed Malik and Abdul Majid Khouja.
