Vivekananda Mission holds free medical camp

JAMMU, Aug 14: A free medical camp was conducted at the Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Charitable Hospital in Ambphalla, Jammu, in collaboration with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Arogya Jeevan Sanstha from Hanuman Garh, Rajasthan.
During this period, a total of 796 patients suffering from various ailments, including acute arthritis, severe back pain, migraines, cervical issues, and gastrointestinal problems, attended the hospital. The camp operated in two shifts, from 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM, providing acupressure and other treatments under the guidance of Dr. S. S. Lohiya, MD (Accu) in alternative medicine.
The camp was inaugurated by Anil Gupta, president of the Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission, in the presence of several dignitaries, including Amar Chand Gupta, Senior Vice President; Atma Saroup Gupta, Vice President; B.B. Gupta, General Secretary; Subash Gupta, Member; Dr. Sachin Gupta, Member. Mohan Singh Chouhan, Member; Dr. Romesh Gupta, Administrator; lqbal Deep Singh, Hospital Manager; and others.
Anil Gupta commended the team’s efforts and congratulated them on the successful execution of the camp, which provided free treatment to numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds.
