JAMMU, Aug 16: A soulful devotional song titled Karak Raja Mandlik Ji Ki by famous Karak Singer Ravinder Gupta Production was released here, today.
On the occasion, Sunil Prajapati (president BJP OBC Morcha JK UT) was the chief guest, Sahil Mahajan (co convener Sanskrit Cell BJP), Darshan Pataka (President Jagran Committee) were also present.
A project of Harpreet Singh, the song was directed by Ravi Sharma, its producer was Rajveer Manni, music was given by V Kaith, production by Dhanraj Studio, Sai Production and lyrics was given by Sonu Raipuria..
Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Prajapati praised the initiative, saying, “Such events bring people closer to their roots and promote spiritual growth.” Observing that music knows no boundaries, he said it binds the people in a unique cord and generates harmony in the society. “And, when music relates to spirituality, it directly touches souls and creates an aura free of tension and hatred”, he said.
Prajapati lauded the efforts of Ravinder Gupta, saying her quest for devotional songs holds a promise to be a leading artist in the near future, “Devotional music quenches the spiritual thirst of devotees”, he said and wished the young singer a bright future. He said music plays pivotal role in preserving culture and taking it beyond boundaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Sahil Mahajan appreciated whole Production team for heart touching devotional song and hoped that devotional song will inspire young artists to explore their hidden talent and make their niche in the society.
Sahil praised the artists for devoting their services to the divinity of Satgurus in a melodious composition and hailed the efforts of organizers. He said that in J&K, the devotional songs of Gods and Goddesses are played everywhere during every religious ritual or function whether it is Jagrata, Langar, Seva, Pooja or other religious rituals.
