Expenditure Observer interacts with trainee polling staff at Ramban

RAMBAN, Aug 20: The Election Expenditure Observer for District Ramban Sulekh Chand Jain today visited the venue of training for polling staff being conducted by the District Administration under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Ramban Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary.
The training is being imparted to the staff associated with the polling process to ensure smooth conduct of the Assembly elections in the district.
The Expenditure Observer was accompanied by the Deputy District Election Officer (DEO) Ramban, Abdul Jabar. The Observer interacted with the trainee staff being imparted training in the operation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) systems.
Addressing the participants, the Expenditure Observer emphasized the importance of making the most of the training to enhance their skills in operating EVMs and VVPATs and to acquire the essential knowledge required for the successful conduct of the elections.
During the interactive session, the Deputy DEO responded to the queries and concerns raised by the participants regarding their polling duties, ensuring that all doubts were clarified.
