JAMMU, Aug 20: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a committee for identification of sites/areas for developing parking lots in Jammu and Srinagar cities.
According to the Order, Inspector General of Police (Traffic) J&K shall be Chairman of the Committee while Commissioners of Jammu Municipal Corporation and Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Transport Commissioner J&K as well as Vice Chairmen of Srinagar Development Authority and Jammu Development Authority will be its members.
“Further, the Committee may co-opt any other member,” the Order read.
