JAMMU, Sept 1: The “Samast Parivaar of Swastik Charitable Trust has been working for the betterments of the common masses by providing its helping hands for the upliftment of the down trodden community of the society by way of conducting social, religious and spiritual programmes under the guidance of its president Pawan Kumar Shastri.
Today, the trust sent its 17th batch of yatris from Sankat Mochan Panch Mukhi Shri Hanuman Mandir B.C Road, Jammu amidst chanting of vedic hawan and with hindu religious rituals which was performed by Pawan Kumar Shastri, President of Swastik Charitable Trust witnessed by a large number of peoples including the relatives of the yatris who too were present on this occasion.
Ajay Sharma Superintendent of Police Jammu (South) was the chief guest on this occasion who flagged of the bus carrying the devotees/yatris to Haridwar on this Somvati Amavasya Parv falling Monday to have a holy dip in holy Ganga Maiya ji and also to seek blessing of Lord Shiva and Ganga Maiya.
This celebration was attended by Gurdas Sharma, general secretary, Raj Kumar Gupta, Trustee, Sukhdev Sharma and Ashwani Kumar Sharma, Working committee Members, Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust. Sharat Sharma Director of Shree Swastik Plastic Industries Private Limited was also present.
