JAMMU, Sept 3: Pragya Sahay Saksena and Ram Mohan Johri today joined as Administrative Members in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench.
Both of them are retired bureaucrats. Pragya Sahay Saksena is 1987 batch IRS (IT) Officer and before joining CAT, she was working as Member of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and Ram Mohan Johri, who is 1989 batch IA&AS officer, was serving as Deputy Controller and Auditor General.
Sanjeev Gupta, Head of the Department administered oath to newly appointed Administrative Members in presence of Judicial Member Rajinder Singh Dogra, Sudesh Magotra, Additional Advocate General, Raghu Mehta, Senior Standing Counsel for Central Government, Hunar Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Dewakar Sharma, Deputy Advocate General and F A Natnoo, Counsel for J&K Public Service Commission.
Since the establishment of CAT Jammu Bench in the year 2020, it is for the first time that this Tribunal has successfully acquired full strength of total four Members after the appointment of two new Administrative Members.
