Govt employee suspended for violating MCC

RAJOURI, Sept 10: In the case of violating Model Code of Conduct, the chowkidar posted at Budhal Government High School has been suspended and attached to CEO office Rajouri. According to the suspension order issued by Chief Education Officer Rajouri Bishambar Das, about 10 days ago, a complaint was received against Mohammad Riyaz Chowkidar that he was participating in election campaign, then also he was removed from Budhal High School and attached to CEO office Rajouri, but he did not join his duty in CEO office Rajouri.
Even after that, he was sent notice twice, but repeatedly he ignored the orders of CEO Rajouri and did not come on duty and repeatedly participated in election campaigns.
Two days ago, another complaint was lodged against him with Returning Officer Budhal Assembly constituency Dil Mir that Mohammad Riyaz is participating in election campaign and asking for votes in favour of a candidate of a political party.
After which, Returning Officer from Budhal Assembly constituency, who is also ADC Kotranka, sent a report to CEO Rajouri for strict action against Mohammad Riyaz. After this, the CEO immediately suspended Chowkidar Riyaz and attached to CEO office Rajouri till further orders.
