JAMMU, Sept 15: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has demanded indepth investigation in the incident of gruesome murder of couple in the outskirts of Jammu city and termed it very shocking which has shaken the sense of security among common people.
In a statement, AICC Incharge J&K affairs, Bharatsinh Solanki has expressed grave concern over such a gruesome incident in the outskirts of Jammu city which reflects the state of law and order situation in Jammu.
He said the dimensions of crime situation has worsened in Jammu in the recent years and the faith of common people is shaken and sense security has been weakened. There is great concern in the society over the shocking incident.
Solanki said the government should immediately take exemplary action, expose the conspiracy behind and ensure exemplary punishment to the culprits.
While condemning the incident, AICC leader said he has no words to share the grief and shock of the family and conveyed deep sympathies with them and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
