Srinagar, Apr 19: Scores of civil contractors under the banner of J&K Central Contractors Coordination Committee (JKCCCC), held protest here and demanded release of outstanding bills worth Rs 300 crore.
Police foiled their protest and detained at least six contactors when they tried to block the traffic on the Residency Road.
