JAMMU, Apr 19: Kashmiri Hindu Council (KHC) today appealed the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner R K Pandita to issue orders to the zonal officers to issue ration coupons of migrants immediately.
In a statement issued here today KHC convener P L Kaul Badgami said that delay in issuance of ration coupons to migrants has led to many hardships to them. He said that unnecessarily some zonal offices are creating hurdles in issuance of ration coupons to the migrants.
He demanded the issue be sorted out immediately so that hapless relief holders are not put to problems in getting ration.
