JAMMU, Sept 27: In a series of meetings held across various locations, including Chak Lal Din, Pangore and Gujjar Basti, Mula Ram, a prominent leader from the Congress party and a candidate for Marh constituency, expressed strong optimism about the imminent end of BJP’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir.
He confidently asserted that the Congress-National Conference (NC) alliance will form the next government, emphasizing the urgent need for change in the region’s political landscape.
Addressing the gathered supporters, Mula Ram criticized the BJP for what he described as a “catastrophic impact” on the future of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The BJP has turned our beloved J&K into a testing laboratory for their failed policies,” he stated.
He underscored his belief that the current government has systematically dismantled the region’s socio-economic fabric, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among the populace.
Mula Ram pointed out the recent surge of Central Government Ministers and BJP leaders frequenting Jammu, questioning their motives.
“Why are they roaming around here just days before the elections? It’s evident that they are worried about their declining support,” he said, highlighting that the BJP’s popularity is rapidly diminishing.
Mula Ram further claimed that, after October 8, “all Gabbar taxes will be rolled back to the PM office,” indicating a troubling trend of financial mismanagement that he attributes to the BJP’s governance.
The leader expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support he has received from the Marh Block, promising to prioritize the upliftment of this area if elected.
He reiterated his belief in the strength of the Congress-NC alliance, asserting that it is the only viable option for restoring stability and prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir. “Together, we can forge a government that truly represents the interests of the people, not just a select few,” he said.
As the elections approach, Mula Ram’s rhetoric reflects a strategic pivot toward uniting the electorate against the BJP’s perceived failures. He urged the voters to recognize the critical choice before them and support Congress Party.
