JAMMU, Oct 3: A deputation of employees under the banner of Employees Joint Action committee-R, led by Babu Hussain Malik, president of EJAC (R), along with Dr Surinder Radotra vice president, Employees Joint Action committee met with KL Sharma, Mission Director of Mission Poshan, and Vinod Kumar, Joint Director.
The agenda was to discuss the seniority of Anganwadi workers in Doda district. Core issues of Anganwadi workers included – finalize seniority of Anganwadi workers, benefits of higher qualification and regularisation of Anganwadi workers.
Senior members Imtiyaza Bano, Rita Devi, Shameema Akhtar, Shameema Bano, and Shahida Begum were also present durig the meeting.
This meeting marks a positive step towards resolving the long-standing finalize seniority issues of Anganwadi workers, benefits of higher qualification in Doda. It’s a crucial move, considering the vital role of Anganwadi workers.
