There are many schools from primary to 10+2 level without full strength of staff by virtue of which students suffer very much throughout the length and breadth of the stake for no fault of the students who are future of the nation.
The teachers when promoted by DPC to the post of masters are posted, adjusted at the inter district level which needs to be abolished and the masters when promoted by the DPC to the post of headmasters are posted at the divisional level including the migrant masters, headmasters and lecturers also.
The migrant masters, headmasters lecturers may kindly be adjusted, posted in migrant schools, migrant section and migrant cell where there is no need of post creation and their pay salary is borne by the SIE/security related expenditure reportedly and are not burden on Jammu/Kashmir division and saves the Government exchequer worth crores of rupees by way of TA/DA vis-a-vis Kashmir divisioin.
In addition to the above submissions, petition there are many 10+2 level migrant school without lecturers in all the disciplines, subjects viz English, EVS, Economics, Sociology Pol. Science, Mathematics and home science etc etc which may kindly be filled up through DPC/PSC soon after Model Code of Conduct is over so that the students do not suffer any more.
Hope, an early action issuance of adjustment order by the Deputy CM who holds the School Education Ministry in the best interest of the students.
