POONCH, Oct 10: Cyber Cell Poonch today demonstrated its unwavering commitment to combating cyber crime by successfully recovering defrauded money amounting Rs 1,07,000.
During the investigation the Cyber Cell Poonch exhibited hectic efforts which ultimately led to the successful recovery of financial fraud of amount Rs 1,07,000. The accused had diverted the money to his account.
SSP Poonch reiterated in his appeal to the general public to remain extra vigilant and report promptly to the National Helpline number 1930. SSP also encouraged citizens to lodge cyber complaints online at www.cybercrime.gov.in.
