Chennai, Oct 14: The Tamil Nadu-headquartered Propel Industries, India’s fastest growing crushing equipment manufacturer, has received Homologation certification for 470 HEV Electric Heavy Duty Tripper 8X4.
The Homologation certification is a document which certifies that a vehicle is roadworthy and complies with the government’s safety standards, a company release on Monday said.
Commenting on the significant landmark, Company MD V. Senthil Kumar said, “The electric heavy-duty Tipper, the 470 HEV was initially manufactured for off-road applications. Receiving the Homologation certification is a ground breaking achievement as it reaffirms our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry. This certification comes as a significant milestone in Electric Mobility for India’s Mining and Construction sector.”
