RAJOURI, Oct 15: Three persons were seriously injured here in a road accident at Bhakhar area falling under the jurisdiction of Sunderbani Police Station on Tuesday night.
Police sources informed that a car of Xylo make bearing registration number JK02AF was coming from Jammu and moving towards Rajouri and when it reached Bakhar it hit a truck bearing registration number JK02BA-9153 coming from the opposite direction.
The collision badly damaged the car and left all the three persons onboard seriously injured and they were shifted to Government Hospital Sunderbani by the locals from where after first aid they were referred to GMC Jammu in view of their critical condition.
The injured have been identified as Rakhiya Akhtar, daughter of Mohammad Hanif; Bima, wife of Prakash and Mohammad Yasin, son of Tajim, all residents of Mendhar, Poonch.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
