JAMMU, Oct 16: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has upheld the detention under PITNDPS of Amit Pal Singh, a Government employee.
After hearing Advocate Asheesh Singh Kotwal for the petitioner whereas AAG Amit Gupta for the UT, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi observed, “the court is convinced that the detention order is well-reasoned and does not call for any interference whatsoever. There is no perversity in the impugned detention order passed by the respondents as such the petition is dismissed”.
