JAMMU, Oct 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Forest, Ecology & Environment Department has appointed BK Singh, PCCF & HoFF, to lead an inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the disbursement of salaries for October and November 2023.
As per an order, the inquiry will focus on the salary payments made to Mohan Choudhary, IFS, posted in the Ladakh segment.
The order said Dr MK Kumar, Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu, will act as the Presenting Officer in the case. The Inquiry Officer is expected to submit a detailed report with recommendations within 30 days.
