ADGP visits Rajouri to strengthen security measures

JAMMU, Oct 17: The Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) for Jammu region, Anand Jain, along with DIGP RP Range Tejinder Singh and SSP Rajouri Randeep Kumar, visited Rajouri to supervise and enhance security measures in the area, in response to prevailing security challenges.
During the visit, ADGP Jain inspected the Police Station Kalakote, where he conducted a comprehensive review of operational preparedness and interacted with officers and personnel.
The review focused on strengthening security protocols and ensuring the readiness of local law enforcement to address any emerging threats.
In a bid to assess the broader security landscape, ADGP Jain held a meeting with all Deputy SP Operations from the Rajouri district.
The discussions revolved around threat assessments, countermeasures, and improving coordination between security agencies.
Emphasizing the importance of proactive measures, ADGP Jain stressed the need for intelligence-driven operations and community engagement to safeguard public safety and maintain peace.
