JAMMU, Oct 22: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today summoned the Legislative Assembly session on November 4 in Srinagar.

He will address the Assembly on opening day.
The Lieutenant Governor has also fixed election of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly on November 4.
The election of the Speaker will be held at 10.30 AM while the Lieutenant Governor will address the Assembly session at 11.30 AM.
Presently, Mubarak Gul, a senior National Conference leader has been working as the Pro-tem Speaker.
