SAMBA, Oct 24: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Samba district have apprehended an absconder who was evading his arrest for the last two years.
A police official said that Sumbinder Singh of Bidhipur Jattan, Chander Chak, RS Pura, district Jammu, was wanted in case FIR number 190/2022 under sections 188 IPC and 11 PCA Act registered at Police Station Samba.
He was evading his arrest since the registration of FIR, he said.
He was arrested today and will now be produced in the court of law to execute the arrest warrant issued under section 512 of the CrPC, added the police official.
