The Civils conducts workshop for sensitization of aspirants as per revised pattern

JAMMU, Apr 30: The Civil, an institute for IAS/KAS that strives for quality education organised one day workshop for sensitization of budding aspirants of civil services as per revised pattern at Roop Nagar.
A large number of aspirants for civil services from the State participated and interacted with the highly experienced and qualified experts/faculty members from New Delhi.
The workshop was organised under the overall guidance of K Basher, who is well versed and associated with the civil services examination for the last few decades.
The candidates were apprised that as per revised pattern of civil services adequate scoring in optional alone would not suffice as general studies papers have given adequate space and weightage.
A threadbare discussion on revised pattern of examination took place and various doubts were clarified to the aspirants by the experts.
K Basher and Rahul Tripathi threw light on global economy and geography. The various techniques, methodology, etc required were deliberated for excelling the civil services.
BR Lachotra, Former DG Economics and Statistics, Planning and Development Department and life member of IIPA also participated in the workshop.
