Dimple raises public grievances

JAMMU, Apr 30: Jammu West Assembly Movement disrupted traffic at Janipur Amphalla High Court road, against water scarcity and other public grievances, today.
Sunil Dimple, president, JWAM addressing the protesters flayed Government for not coming up to the people demands in full and demanded “totally Free of Cost drinking water” to the people of the State.
Dimple demanded the Government of India to withdraw the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan.  He demanded CBI Inquiry of the Chenab project as lot of funds were spent on this project and why the Jammu Minister is silent on this dream project.
Sunil Dimple demanded to install the fresh new receiving station of 50 MVA at Janipur, exemption of all the surcharges and the service duty charges on the power tariff bills.
The protestants included Ram Kapoor, Randhier Singh Bali, Bablu Pandoh, B L Sahni, Ashok Koul, Harbans Todon, Dr Sahil Pandoh, Vinod Suri, Ramesh Chander Kohli,  Vikas Hans Raj Sharma, Vipan, Mukesh, Viky, Vineet, Dev Raj, Kulwant Sharma, Bansi Lal and others.
