KATRA, Oct 29: A youth ended his life by hanging himself at his residence in Padoh, Panthal Block, here today.
The deceased was identified as 27-year-old Amir Khan, son of Talib Hussain, resident of Padoh, Panthal Block. He was found hanging from the ceiling fan at his residence, this morning.
On being informed, Police shifted the body to Community Health Centre (CHC) Katra for post-mortem and other legal formalities.
Cause of provocation behind the suicide could not be ascertained while Police have registered a case in this connection at Katra Police Station.
