JAMMU, May 1: An e-lobby and customer contact centre established at administrative office, State Bank of India (SBI), Rail Head Complex, Jammu, was inaugurated today by Chief General Manager (CGM), SBI, Neeraj Vyas.
Deputy General Manager, J&K Module, Pradip Ray, Regional Manager (RBO-2), Rajesh Anand, Regional Manager (RBO-3), SK Kapoor and Regional Manager (RBO-5), Anil Grover were also present on the occasion.
The e-lobby, which is equipped with Cash Deposit Machine, Coin Vending Machine and Self Service Kiosk (SSK), will remain open for 24 hours and people can deposit cash, obtain coins, transfer funds and update the passbook without any manual intervention, according to handout issued by SBI.
“The Bank has also introduced a customer contact centre at its Administrative Office, which will assist the public in processing their car loans, housing loans and SME loans under one roof. The marketing staff shall remain available during working hours for rendering their services”, the handout mentioned.
The CGM also presided over the meeting in which Deputy General Manager, Regional Managers and Chief Managers participated.
