WASHINGTON, Nov 3:
US bookmakers’ betting odds on the victory of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump are on decline, but he maintains the lead over his Democratic rival Kamala Harris, according to data analyzed by RIA Novosti.
Thus, on October 29, Trump’s winning odds stood at 63%, but by Sunday dropped to 56.7%. For Harris, this figure has been growing in recent days. If on Tuesday an average of 37% bet on her, then on Sunday the figure rose to 43%, according to data from the Election Betting Odds aggregator.
If we consider the largest platforms separately, then almost $3 billion has been bet on the elections on Polymarket. On the platform, Trump’s winning odds have fallen to 58.6% in recent days. The possibility of Harris being elected is 41.3% as of Sunday.
The US presidential election will be held on November 5.
