DLIC Jammu approves 127 cases under Mission Youth schemes

JAMMU, Nov 6: The District Level Implementation Committee Jammu today approved 127 cases under Mission Youth schemes here at its meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar Vaishya.
The meeting reviewed applications under Tejaswini, Mumkin and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI) schemes. Out of 135 applications presented, the committee approved 76 cases under Mumkin, 38 under Tejaswini and 13 under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative.
The DC highlighted the importance of these schemes in promoting self-employment and providing financial assistance for business ventures among youth in the district.
The DDC directed the departments to expedite loan disbursement processes and ensure support to beneficiaries for effective implementation of the Mission Youth initiative in Jammu.
The committee members including General Manager District Industries Centre Virender Manyal, AD DECC Mukhlis Ali, District Social Welfare Officer Mamta Rajput, LDM Romesh Chander besides others were present in the meeting.
