Sabri holds massive rally in Kargil

Kargil, May 5: Independent candidate from Ladakh Parliamentary seat nominated by Islamia School Kargil Syed Mohmad Kazim Sabri held a massive election rally at Public Park here.
Various speakers delivered their speeches including former CEC Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan, Advisor to CM, Qamar Ali Akhoon, MP Ladakh Ghulam Hassan Khan and Syed Kazim Sabri among others.
Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan said that it was his Council that has given boost to the development scenario of Kargil. Mentioning major works and project that had been started during his tenure and physically completed but despite receiving funds in various schemes, the payment has not been made yet by the present Council as a result contractors are suffering.
He said that Karbalaie led Council has totally failed as the people of Kargil were facing  shortage of ration as the rations stores are empty of Atta, Rice, Sugar and K.Oil while as during his tenure he did not let the people face shortage of essential commodities.
He further said that more than 700 educated youths were recruited in various Government Departments.
MP Ladakh Ghulam Hassan Khan in counter attack of the speech made yesterday by Independent candidate Ghulam Raza said that all educational institutions have been equipped with computer set and generator. The District Hospital Kargil has been equipped with CT Scan machine, Digital X-ray and Ambulance. He further said that more than a kanal of land have been acquired at Dawarka New Delhi for construction of Kargil House and funds of Rs. 2 crore allotted from his constituency funds.
Advisor to CM, Qamar Ali Akhoon said that no stone was left unturned to propose only one candidate from Kargil to maintain peace and prosperity of the district but the partner of Congress, Mr. Karbalaie proposed own candidate without involving any other religious or political group of the district which is totally against the unity and integrity of the district. He said Sabri enjoyed support of various groups and will emerge victorious.
Syed Kazim Sabri thanked the people for having trust on him and proposing him to represent Ladakh as MP. He assured to the people that he will serve without differentiating the cast, colour and creed of the people.
Others who delivered their speeches included Tsering Miskeen Nominated Councilor, Tsering Samphal President Buddhist Association Kargil, Aga Syed Abass Vice President Anjuman Sahab Zaman, President Youth Wing Islamia School, Haji Anayat Ali, Members of Islamia School, and Various national Conference Leaders etc. Minister of State for Science and Technology, Feroz Ahmad Khan was also present on the occasion.
