POONCH, May 5: A youth was killed after a tractor-trolley rolled down near Lathung village in Surankote while five persons were injured in another road mishap in the same area of district Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that 23-year-old Mohd Razak, son of Mian, resident of village Lathung was killed on the spot after a tractor trolley rolled down and fell on him at the river side in Surankote area. The trolley driver escaped from the spot after mishap. The police has taken cognizance.
In yet another incident, an auto-rikshaw turned turtle near Faizalabad in Surankote causing injuries to five persons on board. Seriously injured Asif Mushtaq, son of Mushtaq Hussain of Faizlabad was admitted to Surankote Hospital.
The police has registered a case in this connection.
