DODA, Nov 16: Fire gutted the residential houses of four different persons in Bhatyas area of Gandoh here in early hours today.
The gutted houses belonged to Abdul Latief, son of Karam Bakash, resident of Bhatyas; Mohd Asgar, son of Bashir Ahmad Tak, resident of Bhatyas; Mohd Yaqoob, son of Gh. Mustafa Wani, resident of Tendla, at present Bhatyas and Bashrat Hussain, son of Mohd Iqbal, resident of Chinyas, at present Bhatyas.
Sources informed that there was no loss of life or injury to anyone in the fire incident but the blaze had completely destroyed all the things kept in the affected houses.
Immediately after coming to know about the fire incident, locals and Police personnel swung into action and started dousing the flames but the fire has caused devastation before it was doused.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigations.
