KV Bantalab celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, May 6: Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Bantalab celebrated its Annual Day with great enthusiasm and fervour, here today.
DIG, CRPF and chairman VMC K V Bantalab was the chief guest and Tanu Arun Kumar was the guest of honour.
The prizes, to the students who had excelled in academics and co-curricular activities were given away by the guests on the occasion.
The function commenced by lighting of the lamp amidst chanting of Vedic mantras, which was followed by Saraswati Vandana, an invocation to Goddess Saraswati.
The Principal of the Vidyalaya, V Santhosh Kumar presented the welcome address and gave a brief appraisal of the achievements made by the Vidyalaya at different levels.
A very scintillating, vibrant and colourful bonanza spreading and emitting the flavour and melody and highlighting the richness and elegance of great India was presented by the enthusiastic students leaving the audience entertained and spell-bound.
Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries lavished praise for the School Management in presenting a spectacular show.
Vote of thanks was presented by Romi Amrit, vice-principal of the Vidyalaya.
