JAMMU, Nov 18: In a largely attended meeting of Mirpuri Mahajans residing in Bakshi Nagar, Rehari and Sarwal areas here today, it was unanimously decided to dissolve the existing body of Mirpur Mahajan Sabha, Jammu for being defunct for more than 10 years and the members nominated Amar Chand Gupta as Convener of Mirpur Mahajan Sabha Jammu.
The meeting was chaired by C P Gupta and the resolution to nominate Amar Chand Gupta as Convener was moved by Dr Varinder Mahajan and seconded by Satish Gupta which was fully supported by Dr. K.D Gupta, Dinesh Gupta, Rajesh Gupta, Ashok Gupta, Pankaj Gupta, Sanjay Gupta, Sanjeev Gupta, Rajeev Gupta, Raghav Gupta, Vijay Gupta, Adarsh Gupta, Ved Prakash Gupta, Shiv Kumar Gupta, Arvind Gupta, Mohit Gupta, Akshay Gupta, Rajni Gupta, Nisha Gupta and all others present in the meeting.
A handout stated that Amar Chand was authorized to nominate new members of Mirpur Mahajan Sabha Jammu.
