SAMBA, Nov 19: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) general secretary and MLA Ramgarh, Dr D K Manyal today warned the National Conference (NC) to desist from creating a false narrative against BJP and instead work for solving the problems being faced by the people of J&K.
Speaking at a party workshop today focused on its primary membership initiative, ‘Sangathan Parv,’ at Rajpura in the Ramgarh constituency, he said NC Government instead should fulfill its poll promises and not mislead the people about BJP. Dr Manyal said BJP is the party of masses which got highest vote percentage in J&K and it is the largest political party of the world who is wedded to the cause of people irrespective religion, region and caste by sticking to the mantra of PM Modi, Sabka, Sath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas.
Under the leadership of Dr. Manyal, former BDC Radhay Shyam, DDC Rajpura Asha Rani and Mandal president, Rajpura Kulbhushan Singh Jasrotia, the workshop emphasized the importance of the membership drive. Dr. Manyal noted that the BJP aims to be more than just an electoral entity, positioning itself as a platform for addressing the aspirations of the people.
Dr. Manyal praised the increasing involvement of educated youth, inspired by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s encouragement for professionals to engage in politics, which he believes will guide the nation forward. He urged party members to connect with youth as part of the 2024 membership drive.
Dr Manyal stated, “This membership drive isn’t just a ritual; it’s an expansion of our family.” He emphasized the BJP’s commitment to fostering a new political culture and adhering to democratic processes.
Dr. Manyal also outlined the online membership process, which includes calling 8800002024 or using a QR code, alongside offline methods for areas with limited connectivity. Mandal president, Rajpura, introduced the ‘Sangathan Parv’ initiative.
