JAMMU, Nov 19: An internship cum placement drive for the B.E final year students of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) was conducted, here today.
The students from the department of Computer Engineering participated in the drive.
Techno solution is a leading value added technology distributor of data centre, IT infrastructure, IT security, unified communication and IT training.
They specialized in web development, website designing, web applications, software development, mobile applications and all types of software.
The company shortlisted the students on the basis of general and technical skills.
During the drive, Kajal Rajput was selected for Job based Training, Sakshi Sharma was selected and will get stipend during training period by Techno Solutions.
Rest of the students will get free training and will get the job depending upon their performance during training.
The college’s focus on career counselling and industry-oriented skill development was evident, enabling students to excel during the placement process.
The students at YCET put in a lot of preparation towards the placement drive.
The program was organized by Dean Academics Dinesh Gupta and coordinated by Loveneesh Talwar (HoD, Electrical Department, YCET) and CSE Department of YCET.

Singh Jamwal, Vice-Chairman Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal, Managing Director Renu Bangroo, Director, YCET, Dr. (Prof.) Mukesh Kumar Rana, Dean Academics YCET, Dinesh Gupta and Chief Coordinator, YCET, B.R Verma congratulated the selected student and wished the selected students for their bright career.
