SS concern over excavating roads, random laying of pipes

JAMMU, May 7: A meeting of Sangram Sena was held under the chairmanship of R R Raina wherein they discussed the excavating of roads at random for laying of pipes and thereby creating inconveniences to the public, here today.
The meeting added that it is grave concern that Government under ERA has created a nuisance in the city and shop-keepers are suffering and have lost their business.
They urged the administration to take immediate steps to end the present menace of excavation of roads and implement the works in such a manner that public is not subjected to problems.
Others present in the meeting were Ram Pal Sharma, Ashok Verma, Raju Jamwal, Vaid Gandotra, Kapil Dev Sharma, Ravi Singh, S S Kamini, Rajesh Sudan, Rakesh Langer etc.
