JAMMU, Nov 21: The School Education Department (SED) has appointed Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) from the Directorate of School Education Jammu as an Inquiry Officer to probe into alleged irregularities at the ZEO office Khawas in Rajouri.
“Monika Bhandari, Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of School Education Jammu, is hereby appointed as an Inquiry Officer and Deputy Chief Education Officer Rajouri as Presenting Officer in the Departmental action case against Salah Mohammad, the then ZEO Khawas, Sat Paul, the then ZEO Khawas and Abdul Rashid, then Senior Assistant, ZEO Khawas Rajouri,” read an order issued by Suresh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.
“The Inquiry Officer shall enquire the matter thoroughly and submit the enquiry report along with specific recommendations within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of the order,” the order further said.
