JAMMU, Nov 23: Centennial birth celebration of Sreela Bhakti Ballabh Tirtha Goswami Maharaj began here today with an impressive Nagar Sankirtan Shobha Yatra amid religious fervour.
A large number of devotees took part in the Nagar Sankirtan Shobha Yatra, which began from Laxmi Narayan Mandir Gandhi Nagar and passed through Gole Market, Aquaf Market and Apsra Road before culmination at the starting point.
Led by Sree Bhakti Vibuddh Muni Maharaj and Sree Bhakti Prasann Tyagi Maharaj from Dehradoon, the Nagar Sankirtan Shobha Yatra was joined by devotees from J&K, Punjab, Himachal and other States. Saints of Sree Chaitanya Goudiya Math and Gokul also participated in the religious event.
Tomorrow, a grand Satsang will be held at Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandit, Gandhi Nagar Jammu from 10 am to 1 pm, which will be followed Bhandara. Dr Rajendra Mishra, Secretary of GOKUL, is organizer of the religious event.
