JAMMU, Nov 24: Senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta today asserted that BJP’s development agenda continues to transform Jammu and Kashmir under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, bringing unprecedented progress to the region. He highlighted key initiatives aimed at empowering every section of society and affirmed that the party’s commitment to inclusive growth is driving significant change across Jammu and Kashmir.
The senior BJP leader was speaking after inaugurating the black-topping work at Ward No. 32, Amar Colony today in presence of party workers and prominent people of the Colony. The inaugural ceremony was attended by prominent personalities, including ex-Deputy Mayor, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal, district general secretary, Rajesh Gupta, Mandal president, Keshav Chopra, JE PWD, Rajesh, BJP karyakartas, Munish Gupta and Geeta Sodhi and local residents like M.K. Bhan and Vipan Pandita also participated.
Arvind Gupta lauded Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for ushering in a remarkable era of transformation in J&K, citing the abrogation of Article 370 as the foundation for unprecedented progress. He stated, “PM Modi’s visionary leadership has brought development to the grassroots level, ensuring transparency, empowerment, and a brighter future for all residents of J&K. His commitment to the region inspires us to work with renewed vigour.”
He emphasized that the BJP’s development-centric approach is steadily addressing long-pending issues while improving infrastructure, connectivity, and quality of life. Highlighting the black-topping project as a step towards fulfilling public aspirations, he assured that similar initiatives would continue across all wards of Jammu West.
Ex-Deputy Mayor, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal and residents of Amar Colony commended efforts of Arvind Gupta for initiating the black-topping work which was the long pending demand of the locality.
