SAMBA, Nov 25: The long pending construction/up-gradation of link road from Mishru Danga Birpur to Purmandal link road was kick started by Member of Legislative Assembly, Vijaypur Chander Parkash Ganga and DDC Bari Brahmana-A Asha Rani at Birpur near here, today.
The total project of upgradation will cost Rs 90 lakhs which will be executed by PWD Division, Vijaypur.
While speaking on the occasion Ganga said “This upgrading was a long pending demand and work of this road shall be completed within the time slot”.
“Central Government led by PM Modi is committed to serve people by reaching out to each and every individual”, he added.
DDC Asha Rani congratulated the local inhabitants and said that the roads of her territorial constituency are fully mettled which is quite satisfactory to see as a public representative.
Others present were BJP senior leader, Jai Ram Sharma, block president, Girdhari Lal, Atresh Dutta, ex Sarpanch Veena Jamwal, ex Naib Sarpanchs, Vinay Kumar, , Manjeet Singh, ex Panchs, Om Parkash, Sumitri Devi, BJP activists, Ghansara Singh, Shiv Kumar Singh, Ajay Singh, Naro Ram, Nadan Singh, Prem Sharma, Deepak Verma, Sushil Singh, Sahil Jamwal and others.
