JAMMU, Nov 26: A notorious woman drug peddler has been arrested with 5.5 grams of heroin-like-substance in Bishnah area of Jammu, officials said today.
Shamshad Akhtar of Sikanderpur Kothey, Bishnah was arrested with the consignment by a team of Police Station Bishnah led by SHO Bishnah, Inspector Sushil Choudhary, they said.
The accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 197/2024 under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bishnah and further investigation taken up.
