JAMMU, May 9: BL Razdan, IRS Ex-Chief Income Tax Commissioner and a social activist today took over as president of the Executive Body of Hindu Education Society Kashmir (HESK), in a simple ceremony organized at Gandhi Memorial College of Education, Raipur (Bantalab), Jammu.
The function was attended by a large number of life members of Hindu Education Society Kashmir, including Major General B N Dhar, AK Dewani, Ex-presidents of the Society and Prof NK Dhar, Ex-general secretary.
The oath of office was administered by Anil Dhar, outgoing president of the Executive Body.
Other members who were administered oath of office included Prof BL Zutshi, Member Education, Prof Sunil Tickoo, Member Finance and AK Raina, general secretary, Prof Ashok Aima, Dr Satesh Bhan, Dr RL Dhar, VK Raina and SK Raina.
They were also inducted as elected members of the Executive Body for the term 2014-17.
